With the world battling the coronavirus pandemic, which caused the closure of the borders and the suspension of international travel, it may be high time to experience our own backyard instead of choosing to holiday overseas.
Let’s face it, our typical vacation rituals have been disrupted and all of us are looking for ways to escape boredom. Imagine that you either got stranded in Belarus or, well, you are just lucky to live here and can travel around the country taking all the precautions, of course.
No wonder Belarusian Twitter has unearthed a route by the unknown author created at the time when the planet was not yet aware of the COVID-19 and its cosequences. Ah, Dublin, Paris and even Bali! It will take you about 10 hours to cover 855 km route.
True, they are not glowing with the same fame as their namesakes around the world. Obviously, you won’t be able to take a picture with the Eiffel Tower on the background, explore Ireland’s rich heritage or swim in the tropics.
