The Financial Investigation Department (DFR) is searching the Minsk office of the IT company PandaDoc, according to the Telegram channel MotolkoPomogi. Its co-founder earlier offered financial help to security officials who resigned after post-election protests in Belarus.
The co-founder of the company Mikita Mikado confirmed the information and several PandaDoc employees confirmed the reports.
“The Financial Investigation Department (DFR) has now come to the PandaDoc office on 8 Kirov Street,” “It’s true, I am an employee of PandaDoc, we work remotely, there was a mailing list not to come to the office, because there are ‘guests’ there”,” Hello! According to the co-founder of the company Mikita Mikado, who is now out of the country, said that indeed, DFR employyes came to the office. Also, one of the PandaDoc employees who was in the office and security guards of the business center said some plainclothes employees were there.
“They closed the employees in the office, prohibited the use of the telephones, they were searching everything. They demand that the computers be unlocked, otherwise they will be taken away,” Mikado wrote. The press secretary of the HTP does not know the details of what is happening.
Mikita Mikado previously openly expressed his opinion about the situation the country. In particular, he said that, if the current political regime remains, he will relocate his business out of Belarus. Beisdes, he offered options for assistance (including financial) to security officials willing to quit the law enforcement system.
On his Facebook account, Mikado has recently stated that 594 such applications have already been received.

Mikita Mikado has long lived with his family in Silicon Valley, but after 12 August, after seeing news and videos from his native Belarus, he took a vacation and went to London to be in the closest time zone to Minsk.
