The military parade for the Independence Day of Belarus will begin at 21.00, unlike the morning parades of the previous years.
Belarus celebrates Independence Day on 3 July.
“The parade will take place in the evening – this is its peculiarity,” the Deputy Minister of Defence told the media.
The military action in Minsk will begin with air force performance and end with a mechanized column.
A total of over 4,000 militaries will take place in the celebration on 3 July. It will have foreign guests – armies of eight countries have confirmed their participation.
The rehearsal of the parade in Minsk is scheduled on 1 July.
Another innovation of this year’s military parade in Minsk is the debut of Belarusian policewomen.
