Period of mutual visa-free stay between Belarus and Hong Kong will be extended, ambassador to China Kirill Rudy wrote on Twitter.
From 14 to 30 days starting 10 April 2019.

“From 10 April 2019 (on the eve of the high-profile visit to the PRC) mutual visa-free regime with the Hong Kong SAR increases from 14 to 30 days (similar to 30-day visa-free with continental China and Macau)”, Belarusian official informed.
In June 2018 Belarus signed a visa-free agreement with China. Belarus has thus become one of the first European countries to establish visa-free travel with that Asian country.
Visa-free with China started working in August, allowing Belarusians to stay in China without a visa for up to 30 days during one trip, but not more than 90 days a year. Same rules under the agreement apply to Chinese citizens. Belarus-China visa-free travel covers private, business and tourist trips.
Currently, Belarus has agreements with 24 countries whose citizens can come to the country without a visa on special terms and usually for up to 30-90 days.
Additionally, Belarus allows short visa-free trips for citizens of 77 states to Grodno and Brest visa-free zones, and 30-days visa-free entry via Minsk airport to citizens of 74 states. Find out all ways to enter Belarus without a visa here.
As for the power of the Belarusian passport, its holders can travel visa-free to 79 countries.
