What Foreigners Post On Social Media During 2nd European Games

We hate to say this, but the 2nd European Games are coming to an end. Now it feels like the right time to reflect on how it was for those who were on the cutting edge.

Let’s see what foreign guests – athletes, journalists, and fans – who happen to be in Minsk these days tell about the city, people and the Games on social media.

They worked out a lot, shared moments of their life in the sports village and performances… and took millions of selfies with Lesik the mascot!

Ahead of the Grand Opening Ceremony, France basketball team posted a video of them planting a tree of peace. And after the ceremony, just one word, “Wouahhhhhh”.

And sure, Lesik was the star of the 2nd European Games! Just check how many people wanted to take a photo with this cutie pie and we don’t blame them! And also, the views.
