Three of the newly constructed buildings will be put into operation by the end of this year.

There are 50 hotels are currently working in the Belarusian capital that will host the second edition of the multi-sports event.
If necessary, the Minsk region facilities will be used to make sure foreign guests feel comfortable during their stay.
The organizers expect over 11,000 participants at the European Games in Minsk.
Hotels, restaurants, cafes and bars will have fixed prices before 2019 European Games.
The program of the Games includes 15 sports and 189 medals in 23 disciplines.
Minsk also prepares to welcome the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in 2021.
The tournament will take place on 7-23 May and will be co-hosted by Latvian capital Riga.
