Cologne Fan Relieves Himself At Kilometre Zero In Minsk, Gets Arrested

An unnamed Cologne fan was detained after he had relieved himself at the Kilometre zero in Minsk.

The bizarre incident took place soon after the football match between BATE Borisov and Cologne on Thursday, October 19.

The German embassy is already looking for a lawyer, the representative of the fan union “Arbeitsgruppe Fankultur” has reported.

Recall that Cologne remain winless in UEFA Europa League Group H after suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to the Belarusian champions.

About 1500 fans of the legendary German club arrived in Belarus. Before the match, they laid a wreath at the eternal flame of the memorial complex in Borisov.

According to local authorities, there were no other incidents involving fans of Cologne on their way from Minsk to Borisov and back.
