Top officials of the two countries will discuss matters of bilateral cooperation and new prospects.
“In particular, they will focus on industrial cooperation, export of Belarusian trucks, passenger vehicles, farm machines, food and agricultural products to Chechnya,” MFA’s spokesperson Dmitry Mironchik said.
Other topics on agenda include the participation of Belarusian specialists in the construction projects in Chechnya as well as export of construction materials.
The visit of the Chechen delegation had been awaited for a long time, Alexander Lukashenko said a year ago.
“Ramzan expressed the desire to visit Belarus. Must be some circumstances that had prevented him,” the Belarusian president is quoted by TUT.BY.
Ramzan Kadyrov responded using Instagram. He said it would be an honor to come.
Chechnya’s leader also invited Alexander Lukashenko to pay a return visit.
