Seven Belarusian companies have been listed among the best outsourcing firms in the world over the last decade.
The Best of the Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. Companies in ranking are consistent leaders in their fields for multiple years.
IT companies with relatively large offices in Belarus include Ciklum, EPAM Systems, Intetics, IBA Group, Bell Integrator, Itransition, and Oxagile.
The list also features non-IT companies – Colliers International and Teleperformance – headquartered in the country. IAOP’s GO100 has been ranking the world’s top outsourcers for 10 years.
This year’s list is a culmination of the ‘best of the best’ forward-thinking companies that have proven they stand out, year after year. The results were based on evaluating previous rankings.
Profitability, team growth, customer references, and corporate social responsibility were the main criteria for evaluation. Belarus is long known as a country of great tech minds.

The latest software report described the IT ecosystem in Belarus as a dynamic combination of R&D centers, product companies, and investors.
According to its calculations, that 60.5% of Belarusian IT professionals are engaged in software development outsourcing services.
Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, and Romania are home to over 560,000 IT professionals, with over 200 universities and over 60,000 IT specialists graduating each year.
With lower operating costs compared to other countries in Western Europe, this makes the sector a hot spot in mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity. The region saw over 70 M&A transactions between 2015 and 2018.
