The European Figure Skating Championships 2019 officially launched in the capital of Belarus today.
Minsk-Arena was packed on the very first day, but you still got a chance to get in!
This first competition day at ISU European Figure Skating Championships 2019 started with ladies short program.
The leadership was predictably grasped by Russian Alina Zagitova and Sofia Samodurova, who are expected to compete fiercely.
The day continued with the opening ceremony and pairs short program.
With the official venue of the competition barely having a free seat – the tickets to European Figure Skating Championships 2019 sold so well that the organizers had to add more – one can only predict how crowded Minsk Arena will be on Thursday for the men’s short program.
