German tunes, modern movies, quizzes and culinary master-classes. Belarus will host the weeks of Germany from 23 September till 18 November, the Embassy of Germany in Minsk reports.
The 15th time Germany will share its culture with the Belarusians.
Over 90 fun and cultural activities will take place in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, and other big and small cities.
Cinematography fans will have a chance to watch modern short films, German feature films with Russian subtitles and documentaries.
Melomans won’t be dissapointed too, a variety of concerts of rock and classical music are planned as well!
The the biggest Jazz festival of Berlin XJAZZ is also on its way come to Minsk. It will be the fest’s first time in Belarus
The festival is known for its love to merge Jazz with other musical styles – electronic, african, and neo-Classical.
So, be ready to get surprised and party like the Germans do. What else is to expect?
Photo exhibitions, quizzes, Bavarian cuisine master classes, lectures, meetings with German artists and cultural figures.
A conference on renewable energy and the Minsk urban forum is also a part of the cultural programme.
