A young Belarusian artist Pavel Dmitrachkov created the piece to mark a year since Svetlana Alexievich won Nobel prize in literature.
Pavel is one of the few pointillist artists in Belarus.
It took him seven hours to draw the Nobel laureate’s portrait using only markers and ink.
The portrait is currently shown at the artist’s personal exhibition in one of the art spaces in Minsk.
It has also been put up for an auction to raise money for a memorial plaque of the last People’s Poet of Belarus Ryhor Baradulin.
