Heading an International Space Mission is probably one of the most challenging and romantic jobs in the world, that only a handful out of billions people will do. But you can now get a glimpse of it with your smartphone!
Oleg Novitsky, a Belarusian heading 50th ISS mission, has created an Instagram account to share daily snapshots of the life in space.
It is the second space mission for Novitsky and an 8th time a Belarusian is flying into space.
“The International Space Station will be my home for the next four months. On this page I will be showing the life of our crew life”, Novitsky said in his video address.
For example,there are pictures of a dinner at the ISS, the celebration of the Old New Year and spacewalks.
Created at weekend, the account had over 7000 followers on Monday.
ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet, NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson and Roscosmos commander Oleg Novitsky blasted into space on 17 November 2016. The mission are set to conduct more than 50 scientific experiments, and also work with the Russian, Japanese and U.S. cargo spacecraft.

The astronauts will spend 164 days at the station. Oleg Novitsky and his colleagues will return to Earth on 28 April 2017.
