1.Ember restaurant

Where: Pobediteley Ave., 9 (7 floor)

When: from 12.00 am to 23.00 pm, until 24.00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays

Price: cappuccino – 6 BYN ($3), a teapot – 7 BYN ($3,5)

The viewing platform allows you to sightsee the main tourist attractions: Trinity Suburb, Upper Town, Island of Courage and Sorrow (Island of Tears), as well as new business center buildings.

If you want to try something cheaper – drop at the food court with a summer terrace at the shopping center Galleria Minsk (6 floor). Dress code isn’t obligatory, but the beach option is not welcome.

2. 7th heaven restaurant

Where: Independence Ave., 11/2 (7 floor)

When: from 12.00 am to 00.00 pm

Price: cappuccino ~5 BYN ($2,5), a tea cup ~2 BYN ($1)

Currently, the spot is functioning only as a hall for banquets. In August-September, the restaurant will be opened for all visitors.

3. Panorama restaurant

Where:  Storozhevskaya str., 15 (22 floor)

When: from 12.00 am to 00.00 pm, from 12.00 am to 02.00 am on Fridays and Saturdays

Price: cappuccino ~5 BYN ($2,5), a teapot ~3,5 BYN ($1,75)

It’s better to call before a visit, because the restaurant is often closed for special services. Dress code is also highly recommended.

4. Balcon Cafe

Where: Bobryskaya str., 6 (5 floor of Galileo shopping mall)

When: from 12.00 am to 00.00 pm

5. The View restaurant

Where: Pobediteley Ave., 7a (28 floor)

When: from 12.00 am to 23.30 pm

Price: cappuccino – 5 BYN ($2,5), a teapot – 5 BYN ($2,5)

The spot offers picturesque views on the new buildings of residential complex as well as contemporary offices.

6. Graf cafe restaurant

Where: Independence Ave., 116 (22 floor)

When: 12.00 am to 23.00 pm

Price: cappuccino – 4 BYN ($2), a teapot – 5 BYN ($2,5)

The restaurant is located on the territory of the National Library’s viewing platform.

On the 23 floor, a panoramic elevator will take you to the viewing spot quickly and without any noise. On the site, you can also find free binoculars with high capacity. The ticket to the library’s observation deck goes for 5 BYN ($2,5).

7. Belvedere restaurant

Where: Pobediteley Ave., 65 (shopping center Zamok, 4 floor).

When: from 11.00 am to 23.00 pm, until 00.00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays

Price: cappuccino ~2 BYN ($1), a teapot ~3 BYN ($1,5)
