Looking for a place to have a perfect romantic date or do a picturesque photo shoot? The Central Botanical Garden is probably the best choice at the moment.
Enjoy the overwhelming sights and smells!
No wonder why lilacs blooming in Minsk’s botanical gardens in spring usually gather big crowds.
Every year the garden bursts open with colour – white, purple and dark pink – and the wonderful sweet aromas of flowers.
On Saturday, 19 May, the Botanical Garden will hold a holiday dedicated to the blossom of lilacs.
There will be excursions, fashion show of lilac accessories, consultations, sale of lilac saplings and performances of musicians.
The entrance costs 7BYN ($3,5), if you are an adult. If a pensioner, pupil or student, then the entrance will cost you 4BYN ($2).
Prefer solitude to crowds? You would be glad to know that now is a peak flower time, so you don’t neet to wait till the weekend to enjoy the beauty.
Walk around, take pictures, and even lie on the grass this whole week. Mind that the Botanical Garden doesn’t workd on Mondays.
