On 21 to 27 January the capital of Belarus will be hosting European Figure Skating Championships 2019, the most graceful winter event of the continent. The tickets to the championships have been deemed the most affordable in a decade.

Belarus will be welcoming European Figure Skating Championships after Estonia, Switzerland, UK, Croatia, Hungary, Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Russia.
The prices of tickets for the European Figure Skating Championships in Minsk range from 5 BYN (~€2 – individual ticket to official practice) to 30 BYN (~€12.5 – all-day ticket to competitions).
Visitors can also purchase ticket packages to all competitions of European Figure Skating Championships 2019 at prices starting from 100 BYN, or a little less than 50 euros.
In 2010-2018 the prices of ticket packages to the European Figure Skating Championships ranged from 170 to 300 euros, tickets to singles events of the tournaments from 16 to 70 euros.
Of these, the most expensive tickets were sold in Switzerland in 2011. The prices to watch a skating show there started from 40 euro while the passes to several competitions ranged from 345 to 610 euro.
“We’ve tried to make tickets affordable for everyone”, the organizing committee of European Figure Skating Championships in Minsk said.
ISU European Figure Skating Championships 2019 will officially open on 23 January. The main competition program is scheduled for 23-26 January.
Besides, spectators can watch athletes during official practices on 21 and 22 January and admire the grace of the champions at the Gala Exhibition on Sunday, 27 January.
