The ceremony of the official opening of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will take place in Minsk, Belarusian MFA has revealed on 6 July.
The event is scheduled on Monday, 10 July, the head of the press service of Belarus MFA Dmitry Mironchik said.
The event will be attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Vladimir Makei and Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Yoka Brandt.
It is also planned that the officials will discuss issues of Belarusian-Dutch cooperation in political, trade, economic and other spheres, as well as topics related to the regional agenda.
The nearest to Belarus Dutch embassy is now located in Warsaw, Poland.
The number of diplomatic representations of Belarus and in Belarus has been growing in the recent years.
In February 2016 Austria opened its embassy in Minsk.
