Gennady Korotkevich has claimed the title of 2016 Code Jam World Champion, a prize of $15,000 and automatic qualification in the 2017 Code Jam Finals to defend his position!
On top of all that, he broke a record as the first World Champ to win three consecutive Code Jam Finals in a row.
Google Code Jam is an international programming competition hosted and administered by Google to discover world’s top engineering talents.
The competition offers a set of algorithmic problems that contestants should solve in a fixed amount of time using any programming language and development environment.
As of July 2016, Korotkevich is currently the highest-rated programmer at Codeforces, and the second highest rated algorithm competitor at TopCoder.
