Belarus To Debut in Miss Earth 2017 – And Contestant’s Name Will Knock You Out!

The Belarusian model Polli Cannabis will represent Belarus at the Miss Earth 2017 pageant, which takes place in the Philippines on 4 November.

The contest is held since 2001, but Belarus will participate in the contest for the first time.

Belarusian representative is a professional model.

Polli worked as a model in Milan and Bangkok, took part in the Colombo Fashion Week and appeared twice on L’officiel magazine cover.

In 2015, Polli became Miss Top Fashion Model at a beauty pageant in Turkey.

The model also took part in Miss Tourism International contest in Malaysia and got the award as the most prolific in social media.

Miss Earth is one of the biggest beauty contests along with Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International. About 80 girls participate in the contest annually.

Participants compete for four titles: Miss Earth, Miss Air, Miss Water and Miss Fire.

Last year, the Miss Earth title was awarded to Katherine Espin from Equador.

The competition is held under the aegis of the UNO.

The winner serves as the Ambassador to environmental protection campaigns worldwide.
