The 2nd European Games Minsk 2019 are to take place in the Belarusian capital on 21-30 June next year.
More than 4000 athletes from 50 countries competing for about 200 sets of awards in 15 sports.
The competitions will take place at 12 sport venues.
About 4,000 athletes, 2,000 coaches and representatives of delegations from 50 European national Olympic committees are expected in Minsk.
Belarus will welcome about 650 international and 410 national sport judges, about 1,000 representatives of foreign mass media and officails.
Among other guests are heads of European sport federations and agencies, the EOC headquarters workers and heads of European NOCs.
